Investigation of gasification reactions and H2/CO ratio analysis for rice husk air gasification simulation

The syngas generated during gasification process is used for industrial heat, power generation and chemical feedstock production. Gas composition, H2/CO CO/CO2 ratios are the deciding factors producer gas end-use. In present work, rice husk air simulation carried out by non-stoichiometric equilibrium model using Gibbs free energy minimization FactSage 6.3 software. Influence of reactions effect temperature, equiv?alence ratio on composition was studied. analysis to study operating conditions heating value efficiency at various ratios. Increase in temperature improves H2 CO formation water reaction reduction observed shift due endothermic behavior change. For all values equivalence ratio, ?, an increase reduces enhances higher formation. a particular, value, maximum were obtained low ratio.
